Ordering from Carbon Candy is very easy, simply find the items you want to buy, add them to your basket and then follow the checkout procedure entering your delivery details, then payment is made by credit or debit card through our secure payment system or by PayPal if you have an account. An email will be sent when your items have been dispatched. In the event of items being out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible with estimated delivery times or an alternative. We aim to dispatch all stock item orders the same day or within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Cut off time for dispatching same day is 3pm.
For cutting services or 3D bespoke service requests dispatch times will vary depending on the size of the job.
Orders received for stock items on a Friday after 3pm through to Sunday (inclusive of bank holidays) will be dispatched on the next working day.
Goods remain the property of Carbon Candy until cleared funds are available for the said item or items, we can refuse to deliver the goods until cleared payment is available or in the event of non payment or reverse payment we reserve the right to collect the goods if they have been shipped and claim expenses for the recovery of the goods.
If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused in its original packaging in re-saleable condition as you received it. We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item excluding any postage costs. If the return is due to Carbon Candy making a mistake in your order we will also refund appropriate postage costs where applicable up to a limit of £8.95 for larger items. We can also arrange collection for faulty items (please note we will reclaim the shipping costs if the item is deemed not to be faulty or user error. If the return is due to the item being damaged or faulty then please contact us, we will inspect and test return and depending on the fault it might have to be returned to our suppliers for repair/replacement or further inspection.
Items that are returned and not found to be faulty by us or our suppliers can not be refunded and a admin charge will be incurred our rate is currently £60.00 per hour although this is subject to change at any time.
You should also inform us of items that have been damaged during delivery within 24 hours of receiving it so we can make the appropriate claims, parcels that are delivered and show signs of damage must be signed for as damaged with the delivery agent. If you are returning an item please make sure you use sufficient packaging so it doesn't get damaged in transit.
A 10% Restocking fee will be applied for items returned that have been opened this is because we need to fully test the item before placing back on sale in our store.
